These terms govern the use of comprarseguidores.one and the purchase of our social media growth services. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Services
We provide social media promotion services (followers, likes, views, plays and other engagement) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter) and Telegram. We are not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
2. Order requirements
- The account or post must be public and stay public until the order is complete.
- You must enter the correct username or link. We are not responsible for orders placed on a wrong link.
- We will never ask for your password. We only use the public link.
- Do not place two simultaneous orders for the same service on the same link.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include the full price of the service. Payments are processed by secure gateways (Bold, ePayco, Mercado Pago and others); we never store your card details. Your order starts once the payment is approved.
4. Delivery
Most orders start within minutes, but times are estimates and depend on the service, quantity and platform. Some services are delivered gradually for more natural growth.
5. Refill guarantee (30 days)
If you notice significant drops within 30 days after delivery, we refill them for free on services marked with a guarantee. The guarantee does not apply if the account becomes private, changes its username, the post is deleted or the platform suspends the account.
6. Refunds
- If we cannot start your order, we refund you or credit your balance, as you prefer.
- If an order is partially delivered, we refund the undelivered part.
- Once a service has been delivered there are no refunds; the refill guarantee applies.
7. Responsible use
You are responsible for the content of your accounts and for following each platform's rules. We may refuse orders for illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for changes, restrictions or penalties that platforms apply to your account. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force.
